Pilates is for every body!
Pilates is a system of exercise and rehabilitation that focuses on the deep stabilizing muscles of the torso, hips, and shoulder girdle. A regular practice will help develop long, lean, and functionally strong muscles, without bulk. You will feel energized, toned and focused. Pilates will enhance your current fitness routine and can be adapted to suit any age, ability and expectations. It is suitable for the beginning exerciser, active adult, pre and post natal moms, as well as the seasoned athlete.

Raise the barre on your fitness routine
Total Barre® is an invigorating workout at the ballet barre that combines elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and functional strength training, choreographed to music. Using small equipment like balls, bands, and light handweights, Total Barre® workouts lift, tone, and sculpt muscles as well as define and strengthen your core. Classes promise a unique and engaging way to get in shape and have fun. It is a full body workout that is safe, intense, and progressive!

South Windsor Studio

South Windsor Studio
Our 1600 square foot South Windsor studio offers Pilates mat, reformer, and chair classes; Total Barre® classes; private and semi-private Pilates and Barre lessons; specialized classes; and workshops. Our classes are small to provide individual attention and the studio is open Monday-Saturday, with scheduled day and evening sessions.
Hartford Studio

Hartford Studio
At our Hartford studio, located in the historic West End, we offer private and semi-private Pilates lessons and personal training, with a focus on post-rehabilitation, functional strength training, and athletic conditioning. The center also offers massage therapy, mysofascial release, Activated Isolated Stretching, and Restorative Exercise.

Our Instructors
Evolution Pilates instructors are certified through STOTT PILATES®, the training with the highest industry standards. The course focuses on rehabilitative exercises for chronic and acute injuries, as well as safe and resourceful ways to adapt training for special needs. Our instructors come from diverse backgrounds—sports, fitness, dance, nutrition—and each brings a unique perspective to their sessions.
