Strengthen and Transform Your Body+Mind
Total Barre® is a fusion of Pilates, dance, yoga, cardio and
functional strength training choreographed to music. It is a
fun, energizing workout at the ballet barre using exercise
equipment such as balls, bands and small weights.
Our Total Barre® workouts will strengthen your core muscles and
lift, tone and sculpt your hips, legs, and arms. Our barre
program is invigorating, lighthearted, and freeing, but at the
same time precise, challenging, and focused.
Strongly rooted in
Pilates principles, our classes emphasize alignment, breath, and
mindful movement ensure maximum results. It is a total body
challenge that’s safe, intense and progressive. Total Barre®
classes are on-going and can be joined at any time.
Please speak with an instructor if you have any past or current injuries you are concerned with before joining class. Instructors are also available for individual barre lessons.

This 50 minute, high intensity fusion class blends ballet barre exercises with functional strength training, pilates, and yoga. The class combines cardio, stretching, and strengthening for a complete workout. Total Barre® will completely reshape your body. Bring water and a towel. (Max 10)
